Entrance: The main entrances of all our branches are equipped with automatic doors and ramps.
Hallways and Corridors: Hallways and corridors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
Service Areas
Service Desks: All service desks are designed to be accessible, with lower counter sections for wheelchair users.
Seating Areas: Accessible seating areas are available in all waiting rooms and lounges.
Additional Accessibility Arrangements
Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available on all floors, equipped with grab bars and accessible sinks.
Elevators: Elevators are equipped with audio induction loops and Braille buttons for visually impaired users.
Signage: Clear and large-print signage is provided throughout the premises to assist individuals with visual impairments.
